Inspired by the IBC '14 presentation of Simon Holmedal I recreated some of his setups in this xpresso example. What you get is a toolset for working with vertex maps. You can create them based on the distance to a point in space, remap them according to a given spline or do mathematical operations on them like adding two vertex maps together, blending between them and other things. All done in xpresso only and open for you to explore and learn.
